Pregnancy Preparation Workshop

Much like an antenatal class (but way more fun) this program gives you a lot of bang for your buck.  It includes amazing local professionals within the birthing arena and encompasses everything from birth preparation, birth choices, hypnobirthing, breathing and meditation. This is a wonderful way to educate and empower you for your birth as well as giving you the opportunity to connect with other expectant Mums in the area.

New Mum's Program

A welcoming safe space for new Mums to meet each week, connect, share the highs and lows and build a support network as they navigate their new role of Motherhood.

This program also includes local guest speakers and activities all with a focus on enhancing the overall health and wellness of both Mum and Bub (0-8 months).

Making Rainbows Music Program

This 10 week music program is designed by the highly regarded Making Rainbows children’s music, movement and sensory programs. Each session delivers a stimulating, multi-sensory experience for your child. The benefits of using music and movement to facilitate early learning are endless! This is a super fun, engaging and interactive class for both you and your little one.

Learn First Aid

Nobody wants to think about their child sustaining an injury… but the truth is that accidents happen. 

This highly engaging and informative course covers everything that a parent, grandparent or carer needs to know. This could be the most important course you ever attend. Join us and learn how to care for your little ones and even save a life in the event of an injury or accident.

MumFit - Exercise Program

Our 8 week MumFit program is designed by Mums for Mums and is an excellent way to reintroduce you to strength training –  postpartum. We will provide you with the tools and knowledge so that you have the confidence to move your body well. It’s a great way for Mums to safely and effectively ease back into exercise after baby, rebuild self confidence and connect with other likeminded Mamas. 

Mums and Bubs Yoga

Our 5 week Mums and Bubs Yoga Program is a great way to get moving again after those tender weeks or months after giving birth. This particular class is designed to gently nurture your body and mind as you adjust to your new way of life. 

Mums and Bubs Pilates

This 5 week Mums & Bubs Pilates Program is a fantastic way to build a strong, balanced body and increase flexibility, all whilst having your baby right there with you.

Perfect for beginners through to advanced and is also a fabulous way to connect with other Mums and Bubs. 

Baby Rhyme Time

Our 5 week Baby Rhyme Time is a beautiful way to engage with your babe, refresh you on the old nursery rhymes and also provide but with the opportunity to develop their little brain through the fun of stories, songs and rhymes. Each session is a different theme and we allow time afterwards for families to chat over a cuppa. 

Mixed Age Mothers Group

This 8 week program is a chance to connect with fellow local Mums with one or multiple children of different ages. We have a range of guest speakers and children’s entertainers throughout the program. It’s most like the generic “Playgroup” with a more modern twist to it.

We recommend waiting until baby is at least 6 weeks however it is really what you as the parent/caregiver are comfortable with.

This program in particular is best suited for Mums with babies aged between 6 weeks and 9 months.

You don’t necessarily need to be a first time Mum.  We understand that as Mums we are constantly learning and growing.

Unfortunately it is not possible to bring older siblings to this particular program.

Your baby.  A muslin wrap or something to place under your baby.  Water, coffee or a snack for you and your little one if they are on solids.

An exercise towel for our Mums & Bubs Fitness Class.

Please do not attend if you or your baby is unwell, including any flu like symptoms.  Just notify EM if you cannot make one of the sessions. 

Our aim is to foster the connection between Mums,  so we do not offer the option to book one off classes. Our various 6-10 week programs allow you to meet with the same group of women and babies each week, allowing for strong and meaningful friendships.

At Everyday Mums we strive to make each session a welcoming and understanding experience.  All Mums are in the same “boat”.  Babies can be unpredictable little creatures so no need to worry about your baby getting upset.  They all have their turn, trust me!!
