MumFit - Exercise with Bub

When you're ready - We are too!
All too often when a new baby arrives your life is flipped upside down and you find yourself at the beck and call of a tiny human being. 
When the dust settles and you’re ready to reclaim a little something for yourself – this program could be for you. Our 8 week MumFit program is designed by Mums for mums and is an excellent way to reintroduce you to strength training postpartum chapter. We will provide you with the tools and knowledge so that you have the confidence to move your body well and without the fear. 
This program is run as a closed session within a CrossFit facility – you’ll be coached by a fully qualified and extensively experienced CrossFit coach, who has a passion for helping women achieve things they didn’t think were possible (she also happens to be a Mum of 4) 
8 Weeks – 1 hour (Friday 11am)

No restrictions however to make the most out of the experience it’s recommended that babies can remain restrained in a pram or that older children can play independently (unsupervised) in the onsite play room.
