Mums and Bubs Pilates

This 5 week Mums & Bubs Pilates Program is a fantastic way to build a strong, balanced body and increase flexibility, all whilst having your baby right there with you.  
 
As you progress you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, stress management and body awareness.  This program is perfect for beginners through to advanced and is also a fabulous way to connect with other Mums and Bubs. 
 
Each session is run by an Exercise Physiologist who is also a qualified Pilates Instructor.  She is very passionate about women’s health and ensuring that Mothers get back to exercise safely and effectively. Our first session is 90 minutes to cover off pelvic floor considerations and health concerns. 

8 weeks – 1 hour (Friday)

6 weeks to 8 months – pre walker
